Ashfield Weeper Canadian Hemlock
Tsuga canadensis ‘Ashfield Weeper’ is an irregularly-shaped weeping hemlock with arched and pendulous branchlets that are covered with lots of dark green (larger than the species) needles. The tree’s smooth, gray bark combines with its swooping branches, draping branchlets and small cones and buds to create a uniquely elegant look in the landscape. Use it as a specimen to anchor a formal bed or entry planting.
