Akebono False Holly
Osmanthus heterophyllus ‘Akebono’ is a fresh bright spot in the garden with mauve colored spring foliage that matures to white variegation against green through the summer. The glossy, holly-like leaves continue to mature through autumn and finish a very glossy solid green in winter to making a nice contrasting background to the color of spring’s fresh new “dawn.”
