Rich crimson, fully double blooms, 4–6” wide, are held on strong stems close to the foliage, contributing to the plant’s naturally rounded, tidy habit and making it an ideal form for foundation plantings and the middle of the border. Flowers are long-lasting and reliably produced. Foliage deepens to maroon in fall for added seasonal interest. Shows good resistance to deer browsing and powdery mildew.
